Use ChunkyPNG for converting ICO bmp to png as gosu doesn't like doing it on the background thread, fixed Worker#service payload sometimes returning multiple events causing the json parser to have a bad time- also can support payloads larger than a megabyte now.

Added GSH game server data containing class, stub Account and Join Server dialogs, support 'lazy loading' remote images (downloading images in the background then calling a callback to replace temp image if host element is still in layout), misc. other changes.
